On an area of about three hectares, only the varieties Blaufränkisch and Blauer Zweigelt are cultivated. Our greatness lies in our smallness The small size of the MORITZ organic winery means that we can work all the more intensively with our vines and wines. We allow ourselves the "luxury" of dealing specifically with each individual vine and giving it the care it needs to produce the best possible grapes. Because it is here in the vineyard that the foundation for extraordinary wines is laid. Exclusivity becomes "tangible Our philosophy of exclusivity continues in the cellar and on every single bottle, all of which have a handmade felt label. The quality and uniqueness of our wines thus also becomes visible to the outside world and "tangible" in the truest sense of the word. In harmony with nature Since 2004 we have intensified our efforts to work in harmony and with nature for even higher quality. As a final consequence, we decided in 2006 to switch completely to organic farming.
