The family mainly vinifies white wine varieties. However, selected red wine varieties are also cultivated. Numerous quality brandies and fruit juices are also available for purchase.

At the moment, the company is dealing with the DAC wines of the Wagram wine region and is proud to present this latest innovation.
Speaking of "innovative": Since 2018, Siegert's agriculture and viticulture have been managed naturally. The conversion to organic farming took place at the same time as the current farm manager took over, who was born with his knowledge and was able to learn a large part of it in wine management at the Krems Wine School.

This history led to the current philosophy of the organic certified farm:

Sustainability is contributed to with plant additives from Austria and biological nutrients from the region (such as horse manure). Ideal conditions for the vines are created by vitalising the soil and soil organisms, intensive foliage work and reducing yields. The vinification and maturation of the wines also takes place under organic conditions.
The result is quality-conscious, award-winning and sustainable wines from the Siegert family in Großweikersdorf.
