Our wine diversity extends over 16 different varieties, from which we vinify 26 diverse wines in white, red and sparkling varieties. With the red wines, we can count on a wide spread on Zweigelt, Blauburger, St-Laurent, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon as well as to our Rathay Biological Playground. Our heart's desire is to vinify wines that have a very typical varietal character. Character of the variety, paired with a very fine Acid-Sugar Stylistics produce. Delicate toasted notes from our barrels show the great possibilities in red wines.
