The history of winemaking in the DOC area of Lison - Pramaggiore has roots that go back to the time of the Roman Empire and later the bulging goblets of the Republic of Venice and its aristocratic banquets. Daniele Piccinin, with the help of his wife Diana and children, has figured out how to incorporate old-fashioned knowledge and perseverance, strong and tenacious in his own convictions, and has made his farm "Le Carline" an admirable example of the use of organic farming methods. In this winery, the greatest attention has been paid to correct farming methods, such as organic composting to protect the ecosystem, "green" pruning that gives maximum air to the grapes, and natural farming methods that do not use artificial anticryptogamic products and insecticides. A demanding choice under the watchful eye of the ICEA (Institute for the Certification of Environmental Ethics), which guarantees, controls and certifies their activities to protect the environment and the consumer.
