Currently, DOM JANTOŃ is run by their daughter - Beata Jantoń - who has a double master's degree: in Oenology (Universite de Bordeaux) and Vineyard and Winery Management (Bordeaux Sciences Agro) as well as a WSET Certificate - III level and a Diploma of graduation from the most prestigious culinary school in the world Cordon Bleu (Paris). Here, she creates new, Polish premium wines, especially sparkling ones and ciders, created with passion using the classic method.
