Winery Isegrim
Germany - Palatinate www.weingut-isegrim.de  Winery description: Isegrim Winery - Isegrim is the name of the wolf in the old fables, for example according to the Brothers Grimm or Goethe. We, the Wolf family, run this young and yet tried and testede Family Winery. Through the pioneering work of the older wolves, our soils have been used since 1979 according to the Bioland-guidelines. This is our greatest gift today. Among them are 13ha Vines, a little Vegetables and a bit of sheep pasture. Auch in the further processing we have always Familiar with nature. Since 2018 all our wines spontaneously, i.e. without added Reinzuchthefe, fermented. Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are our Favourite grape varieties. We have the large Luck, old Vineyarde in the special Layers Spielberg, Herrenberg and Weilberg manage to be allowed. The different typicities of the site in the Taste It is a lot of fun for us to work out the different varieties. For the future, we want to become even more colourful, and this year (2022) we will start to produce biodynamic preparations. In our assortment you will find a simple Schorle wine for after work, which simply belongs to the Palatinate DNA, but also the complex, long-lived wine that inspires philosophising.
