Organic wine Weber
Austria - Weinviertel www.biowein-weber.at Winery description: Our organic farm Weber is located in the western Weinviertel on the southern slopes of the Schmidatal. Here, vineyards on the Schlossberg, Mitterberg and Hiesbeet sites are cultivated according to strict organic guidelines. The main focus is on typical regional varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling and Blauer Portugieser, which thrive excellently on the sandy-loamy soils around Roseldorf. The farm's philosophy is to produce quality wine in harmony with nature without exposing the wine to unnecessary chemical and mechanical stress. For example, the entire work process from "grape to bottle" does without a pump and makes use of natural gravity. The ultimate goal is to bring a little piece of unadulterated nature into the bottle and the glass - in keeping with the motto "Experience nature", which is also reflected in the modern label design. National and international awards repeatedly confirm the high quality of the wines. These include gold medals at the Austrian Wine Challenge - Vienna, the Berlin Wine Trophy and the international organic wine award of the WINE System AG.
