In the cellar in Kardaun, they produce a total of 35,000 bottles a year, which have one thing above all: Strength of character. Pitzner's Raritätenkeller is just as old as Karneid Castle, a proud 700 years. It is undoubtedly the heart of the winery. It is here that small masterpieces are created with passion, commitment and the constant will to dare something new. Time is the decisive factor here.
