The mistral blows, the bright hot sun shines on the chapel built in the 16th century. This is where Marie-Claude and Gerard Bonnet started with a few vineyards in 1976. Over time and with much diligence, the vineyard has grown to 50 hectares. With traditional savoir-faire and modern winemaking techniques, Eric, the son of Marie Claude and Gerard Bonnet, has been working the vineyards, bottling and selling the wines since 1999. True to his motto in favour of maintaining the balance of nature, Eric focuses on fruit and balance for the greatest pleasure. Most of his wines are aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve and enhance the fruitiness of the grape varieties. The cuvée expresses the typicality of the terroir and the grapes from the individual plots are carefully selected.
